World Show Coach
Strictly Cats are pleased to offer a group booking opportunity for people wanting to go to the WS
You don't have to bring cats, you don't have to be a member of a FIFe club to book and join us on the coach
Join us travelling from the UK to Amsterdam and take the stress off having to drive and also driving on the otherside of the road
The booking to guarantee the current price £287.50pp (which is the cheapest offered by far) requires a deposit. This deposit will need to be in Strictly Cats account by the 28th December so that we can send before the deadline
The deposit required by each person is £50 (non-refundable) with the final payment required by 17th August 2026
An invoice will be sent to everyone with the total cost and due date for the 17th August. If you wish to send in part payments before the 17th August please remember to put the invoice number as reference and the payment will be marked on the invoice. This means you can pay small sums over the next months until full payment is made helping you to spread the cost. PayPal payments can only be done for full payment and includes a PayPal fee (not required if paying by BACS instalments)
We have a maximum number of 25 seats available for people allowing space for cats and the total cost does not include cat fees. If you are intending on bringing cats with you please add an additional cost of £15 per cat. This is to cover driver fees and any cleaning fees that may occur
Baggage allowance per person is 20kg
Cancelleation is not possible after the 1st October and full payment will be required

ITINERARY
Early moring pick-up at Birmingham airpot - Thursday 22nd October 2026
You will be required to gather in the arrivals terminal ready for pick-up. Once everyone is gathered the coach marshall will be notified and he will release the coach to us. Please do not be late as it will take time to process all the paperwork at the port.
More time, less stress!
The coach will leave without you if you don't get there on time and your full payment will be lost
Depart from Birmingham airport
The coach will travel straight to the ferry port without any further stops
Port of Dover
You must be at the ferry terminal 2nrs 30 minutes before departure
The coach will arrive at the security and passport control and here you will be required to present your passport and if you have cats their paperwork
Depending on their process you will either need to scan you cats or they may board the bus to check paperwork

The crossing will take around 1hr 40 minutes and during this time the cats will need to stay on the coach
Arrive at Calais
Here the coach will head to the Netherlands and along the way there will be a few stops to stretch legs and check on cats and feed etc. Please keep cats on the bus and secure at all times, we don't want any escapes
Amsterdam
The driver will make 2 stops once in Amsterdam, the stops will be based on the answers people give for their booked hotel details. Once we have this we will confirm the stops that will take place

Early morning departure with the 2 pick ups and again we need everyone on time so that we can get to the ferry on time. Aiming to get to Birmingham airport drop off as quickly as possible
